Encouragement and a call to prayer....

These are trying times that we are living in. These are the end times we
are living in. But you have no reason to fear for we serve a true and
faithful and all powerful God.

It would be very easy for us to give way to anger and fear with all that is
going on in our country right now. But prayer is more powerful than the
true enemy here and that is Satan and all his legions. Remember, when Jesus
died, he descended into hell and not only set the captives free, but he also
took back the keys to hell, death, and the grave from Satan. When He left
this earth, He gave us back the keys to this Kingdom!! There is no man or
devil on earth that can steal them from us if we faithfully follow our
Savior and the Word of our Heavenly Father.

We are reminded in Matthew 5: 44-48 "44But I say unto you, Love your
enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray
for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; 45That ye may be the
children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on
the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
46For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the
publicans do the same? 47And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye
more than others? do not even the publicans so? 48Be ye therefore perfect,
even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect."

It will be easier to do if you think of it this way...and this is how we are
calling all to join us in prayer. The enemy and his demons have taken
possession of the greater part of Congress and our President. They are all
calling for transparency and yet not showing any themselves as made in
campaign promises. Pray this way, as we have been doing, and we are seeing
results already. Pray that all the demons that are roaming Washington DC
become prideful and boastful and start to show their true agendas. Pray
that God will send angels to force them to speak their evil intentions out
loud. We have seen some of this happening already. Prayer is a powerful
weapon in Spiritual Warfare so use it everyday!! God is faithful to the
prayers of His people who serve Him. There are millions of praying
Christians in this country and we have done more to spread the good news of
Jesus Christ around the world than any other country in the world. DO NOT
allow the enemy to pollute your prayers with anger and cursing!! Stand firm
and be upright in your faith in Jesus Christ. Get in the Word everyday and
remember IT is our sword that we carry into battle everyday!
